Ingredients
5 lb (1 bag) Veggie Meatballs (Adda Veggie 302504)
18 cups (1.5 #10 cans) 100336 Spaghetti Sauce, Low-sodium, Canned
3.375 lb 110506 Pasta, Spaghetti, Whole Grain-Rich Blend
(optional) 1.5 oz (72 leaves) Basil, fresh
Instructions
Cook pasta according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Preheat oven to 375°F with fan speed set to high.
Lightly coat a steam table pan (12" x 20" x 4") with pan- release spray. Add frozen Veggie Meatballs and Spaghetti Sauce (1.5 #10 cans).
Bake covered for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 145°F.
Portion 3⁄4 cup of spaghetti and top with 4 veggie meatballs and 1⁄2 cup of spaghetti sauce.
Critical Control Point: Hold at 135°F or higher. Can hold for up to 4 hours.
